Return Policy

At Gold Luxe Labels  we want you to be completely happy with each purchase. If for any reason the item does not fit, such as clothing or shoes, you may return it within 14 days of original purchase. Categories such as handbags, jewelry and accessories are final sale.

We do our best to give the most accurate descriptions of our items as possible. If you still have questions we are here to answer them 24/7. Simply email us at service@goldluxelabels.com.

Items that can be returned are: Shoes and Clothing. Items that are final sale are from categories such as Handbags, Jewelry and Accessories and are non returnable.

Returnable purchased items may be sent back insured within 14 days of original purchase in original condition and with all original tags attached. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.

We cannot accept returns on items that have had their tags removed or are damaged.  Unless there is a valid explanation, the item will be sent back to the buyer at his or her expense. This is to ensure our item authenticity and sellable condition at all times. If an item is sent back in a different condition from original, a percentage of the total refund may be taken out based on the defect.
